We’re looking for an experienced food & beverage manager to take charge of high-volume food and drink outlets across multiple levels of a landmark stadium that plays host to international matches, global concerts, and unforgettable live events. What You’ll Be Doing: - Running multiple kiosks and concessions across general admissions or premium levels - Managing and checking in casual staff and frontline leadership teams - Leading team briefings, coordinating stock takes, managing wastage, and ensuring timely deliveries - Supporting innovation in food and drink offerings, particularly for artist-led experiences - Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance at all times - Supporting broader F&B operations alongside senior managers What Works in This Role: - We’re looking for leaders with grit, pace, and operational precision. - Assistant Managers or Deputy Managers in high-volume hospitality, nightclubs or fast-paced restaurants - High-footfall pubs or event-based F&B operations - Stadium or arena experience is a bonus The package: - £40,000 – £45,000 salary - 33 days holiday including bank holidays - Time in lieu for events (predominantly Mon–Fri work week) - Great pension - Life assurance - Access to high-profile live events - Growth potential in a stable and expanding business This role is a unique opportunity to grow your leadership skills while being at the centre of some of the UK's most exciting live moments.
