Overview
Due to the post-holder retiring, this is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with active NMC registration to run our Medical Centre. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday inclusive during term time. Some weekend working required for events and dates will be notified in advance.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day nursing care for pupils in a school-based medical setting.
* Manage treatment plans and administer medication.
* Liaise with parents, staff and medical professionals.
* Contribute to safeguarding and health education.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
* Experience in paediatric, school or community nursing and the clinical judgement to work independently within a school-based medical setting.
