Purpose of the Role
To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining store standards, ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand
* Provide accurate product information, including features, benefits, and stock availability
* Promote our multi-channel shopping options to maximize customer satisfaction
* Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
* Process sales transactions carefully and in line with company guidelines
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs
Key Skills and Experience
Essential
* Experience in retail industry
* Good communication skills
* Availability for opening and closing the store, including cashing up and managing the store in the manager's absence
* Weekday availability

* Good IT skills
* Experience working in a luxury fashion brand
