* Manage restaurant bookings, coordinate private functions, and assist with event planning.
* Provide first‑class information on our food and drinks package.

* Ensure that our guests want to come back for more.
* Prepare bills, handle phone calls, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Qualifications
* Experience in a 4 or 5 Food and Beverage environment.
* Basic food and wine knowledge.
* A genuine interest in the industry.
* Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business.
* Excellent personal grooming standards.
* 5 x GCSEs including English and Maths.
