The Lift Service Manager role is a key appointment within this journey, providing leadership, technical oversight, and operational excellence across the Service Department.
Lift Service Manager Lead and manage the Lift Service team, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality delivery of all repair and maintenance activities.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management to meet customer expectations and contractual deadlines.
Support hiring, training, and development of engineers and office staff.
Manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver seamless service and quality outcomes.
Ideal Candidate: Lift Service Manager Proven leadership experience within the lift industry, ideally in service or repairs management.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing lift service, engineering operations, or related services.
Confident using service management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
