Your Role:
6. Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN.
7. Build strong, positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
8. Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs.
9. Support children in overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential.

10. Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
11. Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach.
