Your responsibilities will include
* Leading and supporting a small workshop team
* Carrying out bike servicing, repairs and e-bike diagnostics
* Delivering excellent customer service and advice
* Managing workflow, stock levels and workshop organisation
* Supporting sustainability through repair, recycling and reuse
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues to help them grow
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, with leadership/management skills
* Strong technical knowledge - Cytech Level 2 or equivalent desirable
* Confident communicator who can inspire both customers and colleagues
* Passion for cycling, sport or active lifestyles
* Practical problem-solver with a proactive approach
* Positive, professional and committed to sustainability
