We're working with a public sector client seeking an experienced User Researcher to support the delivery of user‑centred digital services.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research across the service lifecycle
Translate user needs into clear insights to inform design and product decisions
Work closely with service designers, product managers and delivery teams
Engage with a range of stakeholders and present research findings clearly
Ensure research approaches align with GDS standards and best practiceRequirements:
Proven experience as a User Researcher in the public sector or similarly complex environments
Strong hands‑on experience with user‑centred design and research methods
Confidence working in multidisciplinary teams and agile delivery settings
