We’re looking for enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole!

Your Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide flexible and individualized care packages for our children and young adults.
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team that values your unique contributions.
* Receive training in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting to enhance your ability to support our young people effectively.
Main Responsibilities
* Support children and young people, understanding the challenges they face.
* Work a rotating shift pattern, including 7 x 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of our young people.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with each individual.
* Encourage the development of their personal interests.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children and young people, particularly in care settings.
* Flexibility in your availability for shifts.
* A willingness to work towards a Level 4 diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* A full UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* A commitment to learning and teamwork.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (which we will cover).
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus!
What We Offer
* A competitive salary starting at £24,604.58, with potential earnings up to £32,348.58 (including sleep-in shifts).
* For qualified candidates, a starting salary of £27,107.08, with potential earnings up to £34,851.08.
* A sleep-in allowance of £64 per night.
* Up to 6 weeks of holiday per year.
