Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial support role within the Marketing MSP team. You'll be entrusted with:
Managing timesheets for contractors.
Handling contract renewals and recruitment admin.
Overseeing the on-boarding process.
Managing invoicing, system access, and IT support.
Maintaining contact sheets and team structures.
This role requires flexibility to support other areas as needed and involves collaboration with numerous internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and have demonstrable experience in an office environment. Key skills include:
Expertise in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
