The junior sous/chef de partie we are looking for will have a background working in high volume restaurants, pubs or catering operations preparing and cooking fresh food. JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - IS THIS YOU?
Experience as a junior sous/chef de partie in high volume operations
Passion for preparing and cooking fresh food company menus
A strong understanding of kitchen compliance and legislation
A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF- YOU WILL:
Prepare and cook the company menu
Work alongside the head chef and FOH team
Maintain high standards of food hygiene & safety and cleanliness
Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
