What You’ll Be Doing As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering a first-class customer experience for members, players, and guests Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Managing court bookings, enquiries, and reception operations Supporting the smooth running of daily activities at the hub Working closely with the team to maintain a vibrant and welcoming club atmosphere Helping grow the local padel community by making every visit memorable What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings energy, personality, and reliability to the team. You’ll likely have: Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, leisure, events, or similar) Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with people A calm, organised approach in a busy, fast-paced environment A team-player mindset and a positive, can-do attitude An interest in sport, fitness, or padel (padel experience is a bonus, not essential) Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Why Join The Padel Hub?
