OGT is looking for a hands-on, data-driven Retention Manager who owns every step of the customer lifecycle, from first purchase all the way through deep loyalty. You will lead lifecycle communication (email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail), subscription experiences, win-back flows, and make sure that every touchpoint tells our story: natural, simple, high-performance, wrapper-free, real.
