As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through to departure.
This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate.

Assistant F&B Operations Manager Ideal Profile:
* A confident hospitality professional with experience in a quality restaurant setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Passionate about delivering excellent guest service and creating memorable experiences
* Organised and proactive with a hands-on approach to service
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations with attention to detail in service standards
Assistant F&B Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the restaurant
* Lead service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high standards are maintained
* Train, mentor and support team members to deliver consistent service
* Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, ensuring positive outcomes
* Assist with rota planning, stock control and operational administration
* Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring service quality and team engagement throughout
