South West UK | Exeter, Taunton, Yeovil, Bridgewater, Long-Term Work
Pay: PAYE or CIS options available
* General Operatives: £14–£18 per hour
* Gangers / Team Leaders: £16–£25 per hour
* Overtime available
We are an established civils and utilities contractor operating across the South West, delivering works on long-term utility frameworks across clean water, wastewater, and gas.
Due to a significant increase in secured workload, particularly on the clean water side, we are looking to recruit experienced Operatives and Gangers to join our teams on full-time, long-term contracts.
The role:
* Clean water works including mains pipe laying, leakage and metering
* General civils and associated utility works
* Occasional R&M and minor works on the wastewater side
* Working on long-term, stable utility frameworks (not short-term projects)
* Operating as part of structured site teams
* Reading drawings and working to RAMS
* Supervising gangs and site activities (Gangers)

What we're looking for:
* Experience in civils or utilities (clean water preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* CSCS card (essential)
* NRSWA, EUSR, SHEA Water/Gas, NVQ Level 2 Mains Laying, CPCS/NPORS desirable but not essential
* Reliable, team-focused attitude
