Your role
* Coordinate and schedule carers to meet client needs
* Maintain high care standards and service quality
* Build strong client and staff relationships
* Provide on‑call support on a rota basis
What we’re looking for
* Customer service experience (essential)
* Strong people and organisational skills
* Empathy, professionalism, and problem‑solving ability
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
* Flexibility for occasional weekend/on‑call shifts
* Driving licence and car due to location of office
