We are looking for:

* NVQ / QCF level 2 in social care or equivalent.
* Experience of working in a care setting.
- Experience of care planning & Risk Assessment.
* Experience of supporting with meaningful activities.

Trusted Hands Care Group is a specialist care group dedicated to adults with Learning Disabilities & Autism in the West Midlands & Staffordshire.
We dedicate our services to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Physical Disabilities who require support and live in a residential care setting.
