Global Production Sampling Manager (m/f/d)
Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx), F&B Operations – responsible for defining and leading the global production sampling strategy across F&B Operations. Reports to the Head of ManEx, Global Operations, F&B. Duties include establishing global standards, processes and governance for production sampling, improving speed, reliability and scalability of sampling operations, leading global programs such as MES Sampling and Smart Labeling, aligning production sampling with manufacturing capacity and automation roadmaps, defining and tracking indicators to improve performance, and acting as the global interface between Operations and Commercial for production sampling.
Responsibilities
* Define and lead the global production sampling strategy.
* Establish global standards, processes, and governance for production sampling.
* Improve speed, reliability, and scalability of sampling operations.
* Lead global programs such as MES Sampling and Smart Labeling.
* Align production sampling with manufacturing capacity and automation roadmaps.
* Define and track indicators to improve performance.
* Act as the global interface between Operations and Commercial for production sampling.
Qualifications
* Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, labs, or supply chain, preferably in the fragrance, food, or chemical industry.
* Experience in global or multi-site environments.
* English language mandatory, French preferred.
* Stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with experience in speed and operational excellence.
Location
Base the role at any F&B Operations site where we have production sampling activities.
