As a Senior IT Service Manager working on Health and Disability, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end delivery, support, and user experience of key digital products and services.
With the current transformation of supplier and provider relationships in DWP and across government, this is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of meaningful change.
You'll lead the resolution of complex service issues, build strong relationships with commercial suppliers, and ensure our services meet both user needs and business priorities. Your expertise will guide decisions on product design, service delivery, and policy queries.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed
* ITIL qualified or equivalent experience.
* Proven management experience in large-scale IT Live Service, layered multi-supplier organizations, and services.
* Ability to contribute and steer resolution in major incident meetings related to Health applications.
* Experience delivering strategies to support products and/or services.
* Experience working with Senior Business Stakeholders to meet service needs.
* Proven leadership in delivering IT service excellence.

We support flexible working—about 60% in the office and 40% remote.
Pay: £42,614
