Teaching Assistant – Post-16 College – Greenwich

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded post-16 college in Greenwich for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to start from the end of August.
This is a rewarding role supporting students aged 16+ with a range of special educational needs, including physical needs. You’ll be working both in the classroom and on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping students access learning and reach their potential.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting learners with a variety of SEN needs, including physical and complex needs
Working 1:1, in small groups, and within classroom settings
Assisting with personal care and physical support where required
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with young people with SEN (ideally in a school or college)
A calm, patient and flexible approach
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
