About Our Nursery
Busy Bees Cheltenham Prestbury Road is rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 64 children, and is a strong, progressive centre committed to providing families with the best care and stimulating environments. The team is dedicated to ensuring children receive a strong start. We have access to a local library and two parks, often visit the local care home, and are located just a 10‑minute walk from town centre with bus routes and free parking for staff.

Responsibilities
* Create a safe, stimulating environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
* Lead educational activities: plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key person role: oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
