Manchester (Hybrid) | £35–40k + Bonus
We’re working with a performance-led marketing and claims business, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to take the lead on growing our lead generation network.
This isn’t your average affiliate role - we’re looking for someone who understands claims-based lead generation, and has strong relationships across data-driven providers.
🔍 What you’ll be doing:
* Building and managing a high-quality affiliate and lead partner network
* Reaching out to partners with relevant traffic and proven lead quality
* Negotiating commercial terms and ensuring consistent lead flow
* Collaborating with internal teams to align volume, budget and funnel needs
* Analysing performance to scale what works and cut what doesn’t
* Acting as the go-to for everything affiliate and partnership-related
👀 What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in affiliate or partnership roles, ideally in claims, lead gen, or digital marketing
* A strong network of lead providers or affiliate contacts (particularly in the claims space)
* Commercial savvy, confident communicator, and a proactive mindset
* Able to work independently and own your channel
