Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives and target audience.
* Strategic Marketing Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
* Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

The Candidate
* Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with experience driving significant growth
* Experience of managing managers
* Ability to commute to Peterborough 5 times per week.
* Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
* Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
