We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our Specialist Complex Care Team supporting a friendly and outgoing lady with a spinal cord injury in her own home near Worcester.
? Shifts to Suit You
Whether you prefer 12-hour day shifts or waking night shifts, we've got options: 8am8pm or 8pm8am
Full-time or part-time (24, 36, or 48 hours/week)
? About the Role
Join a supportive, person-focused care team and help empower our client to live life to the fullest. You'll support her with: Personal care & medication
Moving & handling
Bowel management & cough assist
Social activities: trips out, online shopping, and more!
No previous spinal cord injury experience? No problem!
We provide full training + shadow shifts to help you feel confident and capable from day one.
? Requirements: A kind, caring, and reliable nature
Strong communication skills
A full clean UK driving licence (you'll be driving the client's adapted vehicle)
Own means of transport
? What You'll Get: £12.25 £13.00 per hour (based on experience/qualifications)
