45p per mile (business mileage)

We are especially looking for people who can work: Weekend Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Saturday & Sunday) where demand is highest
Early mornings (07:0010:00) our busiest and most critical care window
Flexible weekday hours also available

Where Youll Work
We currently have the highest demand in: SO15 area (including 3SE & 3SH)
SO16 area (including 7GX & 0YF)

What Were Looking For *Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010)
Full, valid UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
Right to work in the UK (no CoS available)
Must live locally to Southampton area
Kind, dependable, and patient individuals
Willingness to work weekends and/or early mornings
No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
What Youll Do Support clients in their own homes with personal care and daily routines
Help with medication, meals, and companionship
Provide reassurance and consistency to build trusted relationships
Be part of a team delivering high-quality, person-centred care
