Key Responsibilities: Lead national operations with a focus on compliance, performance, and profitability. Ensure full adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies. Drive financial success by supporting Directors in achieving budget targets. Recruit, motivate, and retain top talent across engineering and support teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring KPI targets are consistently met. Oversee monthly invoicing and ensure accurate financial reporting. Identify and manage commercial risks, providing strategic advice to the board. Champion customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Performance Measures: Achievement of P&L projections and annual sales growth. Client satisfaction through KPI benchmarks and survey results. Operative and subcontractor productivity. Staff retention and team development. Timely job closures and first-time fix rates. Financial target achievement and WIP control. Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years' experience in Facilities Management at a senior level. Drainage industry knowledge is essential. Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding.
