Hours
You’ll work a five‑day week on a set rota that includes weekends (39.5 hours per week).
About the Role
Passionate about cars? Great. Passionate about customer service? Even better. As an Arnold Clark Click & Collect Product Genius, you’ll play a key part in the Click & Collect process, introducing customers to the car they’ve chosen online for the very first time and assisting with the sale of their vehicles to Arnold Clark. You’ll be committed to learning about our products and delivering an outstanding level of service when customers come to collect or sell their car. This role is ideal for a customer service superstar who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and rewards you with opportunities to increase earnings and develop your career.
Essential Skills
* Full of energy and enthusiasm, with great people skills
* Good attention to detail when handling documentation
* Confident communicator who understands that a positive attitude leads to great results
* Willing to learn and work with our branch network to ensure customers have a great experience
* Ability to go the extra mile in arranging handovers and ensuring memorable Click & Collect experiences
* Full UK driving licence
* Enjoy working independently to problem‑solve and maximise handovers and purchases
* Take ownership of situations through to resolution
Day‑to‑Day Duties
* Complete the handover and purchase of cars for our Click & Collect service
* Prepare handovers for the day ahead
* Arrange all documentation prior to handover to ensure a smooth process for customers
* Encourage customers to share their experiences on social media
* Help customers familiarise themselves with their new vehicle
* Assist customers in selling their cars through our Sell Your Car service
* Learn about different vehicles and manufacturers
* Provide relevant information and support when assistance is required
