Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory. We need someone with 1st and 2nd line incident management experience, ideally using a call logging system such as Freshdesk. We value experience in problem management and IT infrastructure support. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and fixed telephony. We need strong troubleshooting skills, including patching, rebuilds, and fault finding on Windows 11 machines. We expect the ability to work to SLAs, follow processes, and deliver effective customer service. We would ideally like experience in incident, change, and problem management, though this is not essential. We are looking for someone who can identify risks and support testing of new or changed services, firmware, and application upgrades. A relevant IT background or equivalent experience is required. Responsibilities: We provide 1st and 2nd line support for incidents across our EMEA desktop infrastructure. We log, track, and manage incidents using Freshdesk call logging software. We handle problem management activities and support the resolution of IT issues. We support IT infrastructure across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and fixed telephony. We carry out patching, rebuilds, and fault finding on Windows 11 machines. We ensure SLA targets are met and that our processes are followed. We identify risks and support testing of new or changed services, firmware, and application upgrades. We assist with the transition of new services into operational support. We work closely with our EMEA IT Director to support desktop services across the region.
