We are looking for someone reliable, flexible in their working approach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.This role is ideal for a strong administrator looking to develop further within a finance support position. You will be responsible for a mix of administration and finance support tasks, with full training provided on systems.Duties: Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoicesManaging basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasksDealing with internal and external finance queriesInputting and maintaining information within bespoke systemUsing Excel for reporting and data managementSupporting the wider finance and office team as needed Requirements:Strong administrative skillsSome prior experience or understanding of basic finance processes (AR/AP) preferredComfortable using systems and databases Good working knowledge of ExcelAble to travel to the office 5 days per week Please apply for a chance to be considered
