An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary part-time Support for Learning Assistant within Doune Primary School. This post is 19.5 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday. The contract period is until June 2026.
You will be fully involved in the life and work of the school, providing invaluable support and helping to contribute towards high quality care and education of all children.
Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic and committed individuals with experience of working with children of different ages and abilities, including those with specific support or medical needs. You will work within an enthusiastic and hardworking team to create stimulating learning opportunities that deliver a high quality education. This will include demonstrating a good working knowledge and understanding of literacy, numeracy and ICT at primary level. You will be a reliable, patient and innovative individual, who will work effectively in partnership with others. In addition, you will have good communication and organisational skills, a positive and solution-focused attitude, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
