Role Responsibilities Materials Tech/Site engineer:
* Routine inspections, sampling and testing Aggregate/recycled and Earthworks materials, Concrete and Asphalt
* Leading the production of compressive strength specimens
* Taking part in research and development projects Particle size and density testing
* Physical material trials, reporting findings and specific progress
Desirable:
* Experience working within a test lab within construction i.e CET, Socotec, ESG etc.
* Experience as a construction materials technician, laboratory technician or site engineer within construction.
* Knowledge of granular materials sampling, particle size distribution testing and strength testing would be beneficial.
* Desire to learn and develop within this role, attitude is crucial
