Job Title: Machine Assistant Location: Swansea Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until 24th December Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends) Job Purpose The Machine Assistant ensures production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with schedule requirements.

Select film and set up jobs according to specifications.
Record product movements accurately, including times and identification details.
Monitor machine performance and resolve issues as needed.
Label and palletise finished products correctly.
Complete quality checks during each run.
Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe.
Technical Requirements Report safety, quality, or hygiene issues immediately.
Meet targets for safety, quality, hygiene, waste, and productivity.
Highlight temporary equipment fixes and assist in long-term solutions.
Attention to detail.
