Key Responsibilities: Create inspiring formulations that align with marketing plans and promotional activity Present concepts, textures and prototypes at internal “show and tell” sessions Collaborate with NPD specialists to develop market‑ready products for clients Support customer projects with technical insight, troubleshooting and ingredient guidance Build and maintain a comprehensive formulation and ingredient library Evaluate new ingredient launches, reviewing claims and compatibility Support digital tools and platforms that showcase formulations and product concepts Candidate Requirements: Strong experience in a similar formulation role Broad scientific understanding with awareness of relevant regulations Commercially aware, customer‑focused and confident in technical discussions Highly self‑motivated, well‑organised and comfortable working independently If you’re enthusiastic and ready to showcase your skills, apply today!
