* Ensure total compliance with safeguarding and data protection (GDPR) legislation.
* Support the Senior Leadership Team with HR administrative tasks and staff wellbeing initiatives.
* Oversee the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Requirements
* Experience in HR administration or compliance (school experience is highly desirable).
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
* Proficiency in school MIS and HR management software.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
