We are recruiting an interim Director of Housing and Tenant Experience to play an integral role in Golden Lane Housing's leadership team and strategy delivery.
We're searching for a passionate, hands-on leader to champion tenant-focused services and build thriving communities. As Director of Housing and Tenant Experience, you will be instrumental in ensuring our tenants' needs and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a leadership role within the housing sector and a commitment to creating vibrant, safe, and sustainable homes, making Golden Lane Housing a great place to live by strengthening the tenant experience, improving communication, and co-designing services directly with our tenants.
The role will report to the Chief Executive, sit on the Executive Team, and lead a well-developed and effective housing and tenant experience team and make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and operational success of the organisation.
