Absolute Fire and Security Systems Limited are seeking Credit Controller/Customer Service Advisor for a permanent position based in our Godalming Head Office.

About the Role
· Day to day communication with customers regarding invoice queries
· Uploading invoices to various portals for payment
· Working closely with other teams to solve customer queries
· Customer Contract reviews and adjustments
Supporting team members when required
· You will be dealing with the sales ledger, managing live accounts, allocating payments, dealing with queries, and taking card payments
· Carry out all necessary Credit Control duties to ensure the timely payment of invoices
· Collate and review information in relation to the ledger, reporting to the relevant person on the key issues along with necessary recommendations
· Ensuring all invoicing queries are forwarded and resolved by the relevant departments
· Ability to prioritise workload
· High levels of discretion
· Managing demanding, time-critical queries through phone and email communication
· Communicate clearly and professionally with customers by phone, email, and in writing
About the Candidate
· Strong ability to multitask.
· Good levels of numeracy
· High level of organisational skills
· Work well under pressure.
· To be able to manage customer expectations.
· Must be polite & courteous and be able to develop a good professional communicative relationship with our customers.
· A background in Customer Service and Credit Control would be a benefit.
· Willing and able to work well with a team, but also have the ability to work well individually.
· A results-oriented and ambitious individual with a can-do attitude
· Someone who takes full accountability and has the tenacity to independently find solutions with a sense of urgency
· Good time management and communication skills is a must
· Successful candidate will have to undergo security screening in accordance with our regulatory body
