We recently hit our first £1m sales month, and we aren’t slowing down. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is ready to move past the "desk-bound" grind and take ownership of the South Coast territory. The Opportunity: Direct Impact & Autonomy You won’t be a cog in a corporate machine or buried in a classroom. You will work directly with the Company Directors to implement our sales strategy. We aren't here to hold your hand; we’re here to give you the tools, the trust, and the freedom to get out there and make things happen. This is a "learn by doing" environment where your results speak for themselves. The Day-to-Day This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role. You’ll be out of the office 3–4 days a week, "planting seeds" and securing wins. In the Field (75%): Visiting sites, meeting contractors, and reviving dormant accounts. You’re there to build trust and show them why Reform is the best in the business. In the Branch (25%): Collaboration is key. You’ll work with our internal sales team to turn your leads into orders and ensure our service remains unbeatable. Who You Are We hire for character and drive.
