Fire Door Joiners
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £26-£28ph CIS
We are currently seeking experienced Fire Door Joiners in Sleaford!
(Remediation and installation of Fire Doors).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation of fire door sets
2. All aspects of fire door maintenance
3. Installation of fire-rated loft hatches and fire-rated stud partitions
4. Carrying out fire door assessments and recording findings via app (e.g., Bolster)
5. Accurately recording all works, including photographic evidence, via app
6. Working both independently and as part of a team
7. Collaborating with colleagues and site managers to address and resolve on-site issues
8. Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications and fire safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
9. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the carpentry/joinery trade
10. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery or a relevant trade
11. CSCS Card
12. DBS Certificate
13. FIRAS accreditation (desirable)
14. Tools - Mandatory
Screw Gun / Impact driver
Plane / Pin Gun
Reciprocating / Circular / Jig / Track Saws
Router
(Power tools must either be 110v or battery powered).
