We're recruiting for a Events Coordination Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently plan & oversee all Gather & Gather events at the RDS. As our Corporate Events Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our clients bespoke needs are met, or exceeded, in order to enable the delivery of truly incredible event experiences. Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s day to day operations; Ensuring consistent communication, process alignment and administrative coordination across all onsite Gather & Gather teams; Coordinate and manage operational activities and logistics within the organisations’ onsite scope of delivery; Support senior management and the wider operations team with reporting, scheduling and project tracking; Ensure internal processes run smoothly and are compliant with all company policies and standards; Coordinate daily catering operations, including event and order tracking, staff scheduling and event readiness; and Serve as a liaison between clients, back of house and logistics team, kitchen team and sales team to ensure the seamless execution of onsite events. Our ideal Corporate Events Coordination Manager will have: Experience in an administrative, operational or coordinating role. Organisational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently whilst at all times managing company priorities. Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines. Experience in a corporate or multi-departmental environment. An analytical mindset with a high attention to detail. Familiarity with project management software and POS systems i.e., Rendezvous, Foodbuy, Lolly etc. or a willingness to learn such.
