Credit Controller (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to support our fast-paced Finance Department. You will be responsible for managing your own group of clients, working with the Senior Credit Manager, the finance team, and the business to ensure efficient recovery of client debts and provide support to the finance team.

Requirements
* Chase client debt in line with credit control policies and contractual agreements
* Review and process new client account applications according to company policies
* Take ownership of your client group
* Produce weekly credit exposure reports for client teams
* Resolve sales invoice queries proactively with clients and teams
* Post and allocate payments accurately and promptly
* Support the wider finance team as needed
Key Skills and Attributes
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
* Highly numerate with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure with large data volumes and meet deadlines
* Organised with strong time management skills
* Adaptable to changing needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
