You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders across Defence, Government, and National Security organisations, supporting them through some of their most complex and sensitive transformation challenges.
Engagements typically include:
Enterprise strategy and organisational redesign
Large-scale digital and business transformation
Operating model and capability development
Business analysis and product innovation
Change Management
The team operates in a highly collaborative model, offering meaningful client exposure and responsibility from day one.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need the following...
4–10 years' experience within management consulting firm (strategy, transformation, operating model, or adjacent disciplines)
Active UK Security Clearance (essential)
Experience working in Defence, Government, Intelligence, or National Security environments
