You'll deliver a vibrant KS1 curriculum, adapt teaching to diverse learning needs, and promote outstanding behaviour, building on the school’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan and teach engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum. Monitor progress, conduct timely assessments, and tailor support for SEN pupils. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment and uphold the school’s high standards of behaviour. Engage effectively with parents and external professionals to support each child’s learning journey. Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with KS1 teaching experience. Strong classroom management and inclusive teaching skills. Experience supporting students with additional needs.
