Your Role and Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
8. Training and mentoring new Care Professionals and provide on-going support
9. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
10. Provide companionship and emotional support
11. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
12. Assist with light housekeeping and errands
13. Support clients with mobility and physical activities
14. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
15. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
16. To provide support to Care Professionals through introductions and shadow visits.
Qualifications
What We Look For in You, Our Senior Care Assistant:
17. Adaptability and a personable nature.
18. Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively
19. Prepared to respond to emergencies and to report concerns to the Registered Care Manager
20. Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
21. Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
22. Legal right to work in the UK.
