Contract Co-ordinator
Join P&O Ferrymasters and work as part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport experts to provide a high level of service for our customers. This is a full-time permanent position based in our offices in Scunthorpe/Norwich.
Your role:
As the successful Contract Co-ordinator, you will report to the Operations Supervisor to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our customers' contracts, ensuring collection and delivery expectations are met effectively and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
* Raise and manage bookings, keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes.
* Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimal service.
* Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit changeovers.
* Collect information relevant for KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line management.
* Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximize efficiencies for the customer.
* Maintain daily professional communication with customer personnel.
About you:
We are looking for an experienced Contract Co-ordinator with a background in customer-focused operational roles. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Ideally, you will have H&S knowledge and logistics experience.

We offer:
A salary of GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with full-time hours of 40 per week, Monday to Friday.
