An exciting opportunity has arisen for Engineering Maintenance Supervisorto join the loyal and dedicatedEngineering team of 9. Working closely with and reporting to the Engineering Manager you will deliver and provide engineering support to the site focussing on plant performance, planned maintenance compliance, CMMS planning, continuous improvement compliance and achieving targets and personal goals. You will utilise your practical knowledge for the site including training, motivation, coaching and guidance as required. The role would suit a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who has leadership experience coupled with a planning bias from a factory environment. A good understanding of manufacturing and packaging processes,utilities/services, areimportant to the role.
