You'll be working for a business that expedites and simplifies the import/export process through innovative technology solutions. Due to multiple recent acquisitions, the environment is ripe for integrations and digital transformation. This role is a hybrid role, looking at around 3 days a week, so you will need to be located locally. Your new role As a Systems Specialist, you'll play a key role in optimising terminal operations and supporting critical business systems. Working closely with operational teams and IT specialists, you will: Gather user requirements and translate them into system specifications. Configure and implement applications for container terminal equipment. Provide daily operational support for Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), including proactive maintenance. Deliver training to system users across the business. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance trends and implement improvements. Act as 1st and 2nd line support for TOS-related issues.
