Pay Range
This role is offered with a base pay of up to £70,000 per annum, plus pension and wider company benefits.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Essential Skills Executive Head Chef:
* Highly talented chef able to deliver exceptional food quality.
* People‑oriented leader who thrives on developing their team.
* Comfortable managing a busy service with multiple events and covers simultaneously, skilled on both the pass and the stove.
* Innovative, with strong understanding of current food trends.
* Experience in large four‑ or five‑star hotels in the UK or large contract‑catering venues with annual food revenues of approximately £3–4 million.
As Executive Chef for this multi‑outlet prestigious independent school you will ensure operational excellence for the kitchen, maintaining the highest food standards across more than 1,000 daily covers, leveraging seasonal & local produce.
