Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for precision and process? Were looking for a FinanceAdminManager to join our dynamic team at a leading commercial energy consultancy based in the heart of Newcastle.

Your responsibilities will include:

Payroll Management for 30+ staff, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Commission Runs calculating and distributing monthly commissions.

Contract Clawbacks managing and reconciling clawback processes.

Invoicing generating and tracking client invoices.

General Finance Duties including reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the wider finance function.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in a finance or payroll administration role.

Strong understanding of payroll systems and financial processes.
