We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and beverages that enhance our guests' experience. Duties
* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
* Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
* Engage with guests to provide recommendations and create personalised drink experiences.
* Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of drinks.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
* Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
* Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
