EYFS Teaching Assistant – Salford (M5) – Full-Time, Immediate Start Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Salford (M5). Location: M5, Salford, Manchester Start Date: Immediate Pay: £85 – £100 per day (experience dependent) Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Why this school? Staff know the children well and help them succeed from the very start of their education.” What you’ll be doing: Supporting children in Nursery and Reception as they begin their learning journey Delivering 1:1 and small group support, especially for pupils with additional or special educational needs Assisting teachers and the SENCO with targeted interventions and IEPs Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel valued Encouraging independence, confidence and social development Helping children with transitions and supporting personal care where needed Contributing to observations, assessments and lesson planning. What we’re looking for: Experience working in EYFS or early years settings A positive, flexible and nurturing approach Confidence supporting children with SEND (autism, speech & language needs, developmental delay etc.) A relevant childcare, education or health & social care qualification (desirable) A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) What’s in it for you?
